The Bereavement Support Group helps individuals who have experienced a loss to understand the process of grief and mourning, normalize feelings, and facilitate the healing process in a Catholic setting. Our group provides a safe place to express feelings and share experiences by offering companionship for the journey of grief. In a time of loss, it is important to know that there is a place where you can be with others who understand your pain. Support group sessions meet for seven weeks. Your loss need not be recent for the sessions to be helpful.
