Mission: Enable all students to live their Catholic faith and
to achieve academic success. From Msgr. John Kuzmich If you are registering your child for the 2010-2011 school year, please know that your child will not be guaranteed a place in the school if you are not regularly using the Sunday collection envelopes in support of the parish. The regular use of the envelopes by school families is a requirement according to the Parent/School Agreement form which you signed at the beginning of the school year. Parents who fail to use the envelopes will be notified in mid-May, 2010, whether or not their child is accepted in the school for the new school year. If a class is full, first choice will be given to those parents who are financially supporting the parish. Also, all school parents are expected to complete and return the stewardship of treasure pledge form which was mailed to all parishioners from the church office. The tuition you pay for your child covers approximately one half of the true cost of your child’s education in the school. We are able to keep tuition low due to the generous parish subsidy. Parents who have the means to pay the true cost of their child’s education should do so through the Sunday envelopes, and this would be in addition to what is given in support of parish ministries. Of course, families that are experiencing financial hardship due to the poor economy will be given financial assistance after demonstrating financial need. We do not want to deny any child an education in our school due to the inability to pay the tuition. Finally, school parents must attend Mass faithfully every Sunday. This is very important, and the failure to meet this basic responsibility is a serious sin. Thank you for your commitment to Catholic education. Thank you for your support of the school and your love of the parish community. Thank you!
