Parking Lot Timeline

April/May

  • Updated parking lot forms will be distributed to all students by mail.

  • Parking forms must be turned in to the office by May 20.

  • Parking spaces will then be re-assigned.

June

  • Assigned spaces will be mailed to students in the school’s summer mailing early June.

  • Those families interested in carpooling will be listed on the school web site Carpool Network. Inform the committee if you are interested in your name being posted on the list. Periodically check the site for updates.

August

  • There will be a Parking Lot information table at registration.

  • All teachers will have a list of assigned spaces on the first day of school. Teachers will assist students as needed in finding their spaces.

 
 

Morning Drop OFF Procedures

Wallen Road Lot Procedures:

  • Enter the church parking lot and proceed through the lot counter clockwise around the perimeter of the lot.
  • Form a single file line into the lane along side the playground sidewalk to the last paw print.
  • Students will enter the building via the new sidewalk around the playground into door #10.
  • Exit out of the lot using Wallen Road.

Auburn Road Lot Procedures:

  • Enter the school parking lot from Auburn Road and DRIVE UP TO THE STOP SIGN. This will allow more cars to unload in the paw print designated area.
  • Exit out of the lot using Auburn Road.
