Anyone who is interested in being rooted and renewed in
God’s life is invited to participate in this very special way of living parish life.
In our busy lives Small Christian Communities bring us into
awareness of the power of God within us. Through
our gatherings we share Christian experiences through word, worship and service
to others.
There are many different ways to get involved in SCC. Registration is always open for new Small Christian Communities or for individuals to join. So you can start your own group or be placed in one already existing and ready to take new members. During Advent and Lent small communities are formed who meet weekly. These initial experiences give participants the opportunity to have a short-term experience of Small Christian Community membership. At the close of these seasonal experiences, groups are extended an invitation to continue. Also, there are existing SCCs that may be interested in accepting new members. |
