All volunteers working with children and teenagers (under 18) must complete safe environment forms and submit them to the ministry head for whom you are volunteering. Once all the paperwork has been processed and approved, you can start volunteering.

In addition, the Personal Conduct Manual and the Diocese's Safe Enviroment Video must be reviewed prior to signing some of the following forms.
